Kim is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner trained at Duke University with extensive experience in endocrinology, hormone health, and medical weight management, and also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She is the founder of EmpowHER Health, where she provides personalized care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife changes. Kim also owns and operates a thriving medical spa focused on skin health and aesthetic treatments. Outside of work, she’s a proud wife, mom to three sons, and dog mom to Brody.

This first step includes a full panel of labs to assess your hormones, thyroid, metabolic markers, and overall health. During your one-on-one video consultation, we’ll review your medical history, current symptoms, and goals. You’ll receive expert insights into what’s driving your symptoms—from low libido and fatigue to weight gain and mood changes—and we’ll discuss a tailored treatment strategy, including hormone replacement therapy and GLP-1 options if appropriate.
After consultation, program is $99/month for ongoing care, excluding labs and medications. Labs will be ordered based on your treatment plan and will be billed directly to you, if needed. Any medications prescribed will be paid for by insurance coverage or out of pocket.
